By downloading, installing, or using Squair ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Squair is a wellness application that provides:

• Guided breathing exercises
• Progress tracking
• Mindfulness techniques
• Wellness resources

The App is designed for general wellness purposes and is not a medical device or treatment.

4. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must be 13+ years old to use Squair
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Squair One (Premium)

• Billed through Apple App Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• Prices subject to change with notice
• Cancellation via App Store settings

Free Trial

• Free trials may be offered for new users
• Will convert to paid subscription unless canceled before trial ends
• One trial per user

Refunds

• Managed by Apple App Store
• Follow Apple's refund policy
• Contact Apple Support for refund requests

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
• Share your account credentials
• Upload malicious content
• Violate others' intellectual property rights
• Use the App in any way that could harm Squair or other users

7. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of Squair are owned by Squair and protected by:

• Copyright
• Trademark
• Patent
• Trade secret laws

Your Content

You retain ownership of any personal data you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use this data to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or completeness
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SQUAIR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App (if any)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Squair harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

• For violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent activity
• For any reason with notice

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• Subscription charges stop (no refunds for partial periods)

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time:

• Updated "Last Updated" date
• Notification in the App
• Continued use constitutes acceptance

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Squair regarding the App.
